Terms and Conditions of access to the Internet
through a wireless network in the buses of Białystok Municipal Transport
These rules ("Rules") set of rules for access to the Internet in the buses of Białystok Municipal Transport through a wireless network KPKM_HotSpot.
The owner of the wireless access points to the Internet is:
Komunalne Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej Sp z o.o., 15-399 Białystok, ul. Składowa 11, NIP: 542-020-08-95, registered under number KRS 0000031037 in the entrepreneurs register of the National Court Register by the Regional Court, XII Economic Register of the National Court Register.
The use of access to the Network means the acceptance of provisions of these Regulations.
- The access to the Network and the use of it under the conditions specified in these Regulations are free.
- Within the using the HotSpot network the users get the access to the Internet under the conditions provided by the Operator.
- Komunalne Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej Sp. z o.o. does not guarantee the full network bandwidth of HotSpot, full availability of Internet service, or it is not responsible for any interruption in access to the network or the Internet.
- Komunalne Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to ongoing monitoring and archiving of Internet resources used through the HotSpot network and sharing such data at the request of authorized institutions.
- Komunalne Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the compatibility of user devices with network infrastructure.
- It is forbidden to use the network in a manner inconsistent with the law and to use the HotSpot network for commercial purposes.
- It is forbidden:
- to brows, play, download and distribute through a network any software, audio or video recordings, and other copyright work;
- to transmit, publish and make available through a network any pornographic content or that may violate the personal rights of others;
- to take actions aimed at obtaining unauthorized access to the device of other network users;
- the unauthorized use of protected resources, the use of programs or P2P applications;
- to impersonate other users, links monitoring or port scanning;
- to attempt to circumvent the security measures used in the wireless access;
- to transmit through a network any computer viruses and unauthorized software;
- further providing of access to the network through routers and similar devices.
- The user is required to protect his devices against unauthorized access by third parties via the network. The computers and other devices connected to the network should have a current legal anti-virus software.
- The user is fully responsible for the actions taken by himself through the network.
- Komunalne Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej Sp. z o. o. is not responsible for the actions of users, in particular for breach of the Regulations, the law or good customs, taken through the network, or for the actions of third parties the effects of which can be felt for network users.
- The user can be disconnected from the network access temporarily or permanently in the case of taking actions inconsistent with these Regulations, violating the law or good customs, and in the case of other actions threatening the security of network.

- The Regulations apply since 01.06.2016.
